Where are GLIST sheet masks produced?
GLIST sheet masks are produced in Taiwan.
Are GLIST sheet masks organic?
GLIST is committed to using premium ingredients in our highly effective formulas. We don’t label our products as organic as being a certified organic product does not always mean it is the best ingredient for safety or efficacy.
Are GLIST sheet masks Halal?
GLIST sheet masks are fully Halal, but they are not officially Halal certified.
Are GLIST sheet masks paraben free?
GLIST sheet masks are formulated without parabens.
Are GLIST sheet masks vegan and gluten-free?
GLIST sheet masks are both vegan and gluten-free.
Are GLIST products cruelty-free?
Although GLIST is not officially certified as cruelty-free, we can confirm that our products and ingredients are never tested on animals.
Where can I find the list of ingredients used in GLIST products?
The full ingredient list (INCI) can be found on the product packaging and on each of the product pages on our website.
Can I use GLIST sheet masks if I have sensitive skin?
GLIST sheet masks have been developed with all-natural non-abrasive ingredients. They are suitable for all skin types, and especially sensitive skin.
Do GLIST products expire?
Please check the packaging of each product for its expiry date.
The sheet mask feels quite big on my face. Is this normal?
As face sizes differ the sheet mask might be slightly bigger in certain areas which is completely normal. We recommend folding the mask over where this occurs.
How often can I use GLIST sheet masks?
You can use GLIST sheet masks as often as you feel you need to. We recommend 2-3 times a week.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible through the CONTACT US page, quoting your order number. We cannot always guarantee cancellations, however we will attempt to cancel your order if it hasn’t already been processed from our warehouse
Can I change or amend the items in my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot amend orders after they have been confirmed in the system.
I have placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. Has my order been successful?
It can take some time for funds to be cleared after you place an order with us but once your payment has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you don’t receive this, we suggest you check that the email address you entered when placing the order is correct or checking your junk mail folder. If you’ve still not received an email confirmation after 3 hours of placing your order, please leave us a message on the CONTACT US page.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
If you would like to change your shipping address, let us know as soon as possible through the CONTACT US page. Please ensure the email address associated with your order, the order number and the correct delivery address is clearly mentioned in the message. If your order has already been shipped and you have the tracking details, we advise that you contact the courier company directly to update the delivery address. To avoid any delivery issues, we recommend checking that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
I have items missing from my order / I have received damaged and/or incorrect items
Please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order through the CONTACT US page with a summary of the issue, your order number, a clear image of the product(s) received, and the email address associated with your order.
I have purchased an item and it’s no longer available
On the rare occasion that the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and process a refund for the item.
Delivery
What is the average delivery time?
Once your order has been processed it will normally take 2-3 business days to arrive. This may vary depending on the customs clearance process in your country.
Where does GLIST ship to?
We currently ship worldwide.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
The cost of shipping will vary depending on your delivery location. After entering your delivery address at checkout, you will be provided with the delivery cost.
Am I eligible for free shipping?
Free shipping will be automatically applied on qualifying orders. The free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts (if any) are applied, but before any taxes, duties or fees are added at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
My package says it has been delivered but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
A tracking link will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped. This link will direct you to our shipping partner where you can enter your tracking number and click ‘Obtain Proof of Delivery’ for confirmation of where your package has been delivered to. If you are still unable to locate your order, please contact us with your order number and the email address associated with your order through the CONTACT US page.
Do I need to pay for any additional tax and duty charges?
If your order is subject to additional tax and duty charges, our shipping partner will contact you directly. You will need to pay any additional charges so the order can be released from customs and delivered to you.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We are working on introducing more payment methods in the future.
Why has my payment been declined?
This could be because you have entered the wrong information (card number, CVV, expiry date), or that your card has insufficient funds. This will be shown in an instant message on the order review screen. If the error persists, please contact your bank directly to see if there are any issues with your card.
Can I select a payment currency?
The currency is set by default and unfortunately cannot be changed.
Returns
Can I return my order?
If the product is unopened and the security seal is not damaged, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt. You will be refunded for the amount paid for the product, excluding any shipping costs.
Can I exchange my order?
We do not currently offer exchanges.
How can I return my order?
If your order is eligible to be returned, please fill out the form on the CONTACT US page with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the email address associated with the order and the collection address. You will then be sent a return label and we will advise you on what to do next.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we have received your return, the item(s) will be checked and verified before the refund is confirmed. Refunds will be completed within 14 days of the items being received at our warehouse. After a refund has been processed from our end, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note, it can take up to 14 days for your issuing bank to reflect the amount in your bank account. If you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please reach out to us through the CONTACT US page so that we can look into this for you.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. You can still place an order without creating an account.
I have forgotten my account password. What should I do?
Please visit the login page and select ‘Forgot Password’ and enter your registered email address. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
How do I subscribe to GLIST newsletters?
Enter your email address into the subscription bar on the GLIST website which can be found at the bottom of every page.
How do I unsubscribe from GLIST newsletters?
If you no longer wish to receive offers, news and updates from us, you can click unsubscribe at the bottom of any marketing emails you have received. Alternatively you can send us a message on the CONTACT US page with your request to unsubscribe. Please include your registered email address.
